The location is perfect for exploring the vibrant city and indulging in its traditional cuisine. The hotel offers modern amenities, including free Wi-Fi, a gym, and a sauna. The lobby bar is a great spot for cocktails.
No kettle to make hot water in the room. No good for someone like me who loves a cup of tea.

I recently stayed at Occidental Madrid Este for a few days for a leisure trip. The hotel had excellent facilities, including a well-equipped gym and a snack bar with great options. The room was beautiful and clean, with a comfortable bed and pillows. The cleaning staff were friendly and the daily change of linen was appreciated. The location was convenient, with nearby restaurants, cafes, and supermarkets. The transportation links to the city center were also good.
Would definitely recommend this hotel.

The staff was super friendly, the room was big and as expected. The payment was easy and fast. The breakfast buffet was also great. Nearby there was a big supermarket.
Unfortunately the situation was not very good without a car. Quite far from the metro station (10-15 minutes) and also by metro a little further away.

I chose this hotel for attending a colloquium and it provided the perfect accommodation for business trips or short stays. The hotel has a conference room, business center, and fax machine, making it convenient for work. It also offers exclusive shopping opportunities and is designed for both business and pleasure.
One service that I missed for my work was the availability of a printer and photocopying facilities. It would have been helpful to have these amenities readily accessible for business needs.

Great hotel with a modern design and excellent facilities. Rooms are spacy, very warm and cosy, there is also a very large and comfortable bed. Hotel staff very helpful and polite.
It is a bit far off from the city centre and the nearest metro station is about a 15 min walk away.

The hotel is located far beyond Madrid, but the city center can be reached by public transport. We had two quiet nights, the street noise does not bother us.

Oh, I just loved those invisible walls in my room! It gave me a sense of privacy, although I still heard everything my neighbors did.

Loved our romantic escape! the staff were so helpful and friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable. the breakfast and lunch options were delicious and great value for money. the spacious and comfortable room was spotless, and having both a bath and shower was a bonus. Plus, the hotel's quiet location was perfect for a relaxing getaway.
The distance to public transportation. After a long day of exploring, the walk back to the hotel was tiring.

The hotel offers a great value for money. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The breakfast had a wide variety of options and was delicious. We really appreciated the well equipped gym and the snack bar. the spacious rooms were fully equipped and comfortable, making our New Year stay a delight. Another great aspect was the convenient location to nearby transport options and attractions.
The only downside we experienced was that the walls were a bit thin, so we could sometimes hear noise from other guests. However, this was not a major issue and the positives definitely outweighed this minor inconvenience.

Oh, how I loved the slippery bathroom floor after every shower. Such an unexpected thrill!
